Our goal is to provide a forum for citizens to organize and speak out regarding the need to protect a natural treasure in Davidson County and Williamson County, known locally as the Linton South Harpeth Area   A good point of reference is Highway 96 at Highway 100.  Highway 96 leads to Franklin, TN and Hwy.100 takes you to Fairview and points West. The town of Franklin, sharing the name of one of this country’s heroes, is only a few miles away. When Ben Franklin was helping found this great nation he used the power of the pen and printing press to get the message out to the citizens. We are using the internet as a tool to help with the preservation of one of the few remaining tranquil areas.

It is important for us to use our voices about what occurs in our neighborhood rather than leaving decisions about our area to developers. We must all join in and work for solutions that benefit the entire community who love the natural beauty here in Linton South Harpeth. We strive to retain our current zoning of AR5 in Williamson County-Agricultural, or 5-acre minimum lot, and AR3 in Davidson County-Agricultural or 3-acre minimum. Linton South Harpeth residents have chosen to live in an area that is free from commercial development, and its light pollution, noise, and traffic.

We need to be heard by politicians who make zoning decisions, which is why it is so critical for everyone to join in and work to meet the needs of the citizens of Linton South Harpeth and surrounding area, and not just those of business.

Below is a photo of one of several blue line (ever flowing) streams on the aprox. 300-acre parcel of land.  There are approximately six blue line streams on this land, all flowing to the Tier 2  pristine South Harpeth River.
