The undersigned registered voter of Williamson County TN does hereby petition that the property described herein:

157 (approx.) acres at 1037 Fairview Blvd. (Highway 100), as described in Book 3296 Page 766, Registers Office Williamson County, and currently owned and  or controlled by Mr. Charles Mitchell.

Retain its current residential/agricultural zoning status and that no large commercial enterprises or industries be allowed on this property whatsoever, in order to protect the natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere of this area, including the streams and waterways within and adjoining the property.
