The undersigned registered voter of Davidson County TN does hereby petition that the property described herein:

156.5 (approx.) acres at the coroner of State Highway 100 and State Highway 96, as described in Instrument # 20040716-0085154, currently owned and or controlled by Mr. Charles Mitchell.

Retain its current residential/agricultural zoning status and that no large commercial enterprises or industries be allowed on this property whatsoever, in order to protect the natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere of this area, including the streams and waterways within and adjoining the property.
